Dr Javani is a Consultant Psychiatrist with 20 years of experience in psychiatry, including nine years at the Consultant level. She has a comprehensive background working in both public and private sectors. Her foundational psychiatry training was completed in Essex, followed by advanced training in Norfolk, culminating in her Consultant status.

Throughout her diverse career, Dr Javani has provided care in various settings, including inpatient facilities, prison services, community outreach programs, and crisis intervention teams. Her extensive experience encompasses developmental disorders in addition to a wide range of mental health concerns, from common conditions like anxiety and depression to more complex issues such as psychoses and personality disorders.
