I have worked in the UK Mental Health Services for 19 years, in the NHS and Private sector. I have worked both in inpatient and community settings including Forensic mental health services.

I am trained in ADI-R, Mental Health Act, and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards. I am passionate about reducing the stigma against mental health difficulties and giving autonomy to people suffering from mental health difficulties.
